State Availability
The program is currently offered in more than 40 states, with additional states added as they become available.
Member companies should ask for a premium quote approximately 60 days before their requested plan effective date. Additionally, employers do not have to wait until their existing plan renewal date to get a quote.
Small groups are traditionally defined as employer groups with two to 50 eligible employees, and large groups are traditionally defined as employer groups with 51+ eligible employees. The chart indicates any variations from these standards.
* The program is not available to member companies in these states or market segments until further notice. These states or market segments require significant regulatory approval from their Departments of Insurance. We will continue to make every effort to gain the necessary regulatory approvals.
